Root Cause Active Therapy Mentoring
We provide 1-2-1 and group mentoring in which we address the root cause issues faced by our referred young people and then created a tailored programme with measurable outcomes, that will enable them to overcome these barriers now and in the future.
Alternative Education
We understand that many young people may struggle with traditional education so we have tailored alternative education programmes that can be delivered within the current education setting or in house.
Empowerment Workshops
Our empowerment workshops are based on current issues and barriers being faced by young people to raise awareness, inspire and empower young people to be strong, resilient individuals who are able to positively express themselves.
Talks & Activities
Our talks and activities are delivered range from inspirational and motivational talks to holding yoga and mindfulness sessions. All talks and activities are delivered by individuals with lived experience and/or professionals in their field.

Many of our services include working with our young people to create a personalised career pathway plan or a business plan that aligns with their current or future aspirations. This plan will include detailed steps of how to reach their goals which can be utilised now and in the future.
